Directions from Boulder

Follow Highway 119 north to Longmont.  Just after Airport Road, turn left off of Highway 119 onto Fordham.  Follow the road to a stop sign at Clover Basin.  Continue on through the stop sign past Clover Basin until you reach the corner of Ceran and S Fordham Road.  AltaVita is located at the corner of Ceran and S Fordham Road.

Directions from Denver, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn

Follow 1-25 north to the Longmont exit.  Head west on Highway 119.  Take a right on Hover.  Take an immediate left on Clover Basin.  Take a right on S Fordham.  Follow S Fordham to the corner of S Fordham and Ceran.  AltaVita is located at the corner of Ceran and S Fordham Road.

Directions from Fort Collins, Loveland and Berthoud

Follow Highway 287 south to Longmont.  Take a right on Highway 66.  Take a left on Hover.  Take a right on Clover Basin.  Take a right on S Fordham.  Follow S Fordham to the corner of S Fordham and Ceran.  AltaVita is located at the corner of Ceran and S Fordham Road.

Directions from Arvada and Golden

Take Highway 93 or Highway 36 into Boulder.  In Boulder, take the Foothills Parkway to Highway 119. Follow Highway 119 north to Longmont.  Just after Airport Road, turn left off of Highway 119 onto Fordham.  Follow the road to a stop sign at Clover Basin.  Continue on through the stop sign past Clover Basin until you reach the corner of Ceran and S Fordham Road.  AltaVita is located at the corner of Ceran and S Fordham Road.

Directions from Lafayette, Erie and Louisville

Take Highway 287 North to Highway 199 (Ken Pratt Boulevard).  Take a left (west) on Highway 119.  Take a right on Hover.  Take and immediate left on Clover Basin.  Take a right on South Fordham.  You will see our community at the corner of South Fordham and Ceran.
